Download a report
- Open Reports.
- Set the filters shown on the report card.
- Select CSV or XLSX.
- Review the downloaded row count and open the file to confirm the expected period and organization.
CSV is suitable for imports and simple data processing. XLSX is convenient for review in spreadsheet software. QuickBooks requirements vary by product and configuration, so validate column mapping in a test import before posting financial data.
Handle exports safely
Reports may contain child names, contact details, medical information, incident details, and financial records. Download only what you need, share it only with authorized recipients, and store or delete it under your organization’s privacy and retention policy.
Reports are staff-facing. Guardians see only their own available records through the Guardian Portal.
