Getting Started

Quick Start → Set up your program, add children and guardians, and process your first check-in.

Core Features

Attendance Tracking → How check-in and check-out works, live dashboards, and visit records. Children & Guardians → Managing child profiles, guardian accounts, and linking them together. Allergy & Medical → Recording medical notes and allergy alerts that appear during check-in. Rooms & Ratios → Configure classrooms, capacity, age bands, staffing, and ratios. Incident Reports → File, sign, correct, and export incident records. Registration → Create family intake links and review submissions. Billing & Invoicing → Automated invoicing, Stripe payments, and QuickBooks exports. Reports → Generating and downloading attendance, enrollment, and billing reports.

Administration
